Outgoing webhook sends no POST

I'm trying to create an outgoing webhook. The webhook is hitting my page, but I don't see any POST data. I also created a slash command earlier, and I can see the POST data being sent then. Am I missing something for outgoing webhooks to get the POST data mentioned on the integrations web page?

Thanks, that helps! I'm seeing the POST data in Runscope, so at least now I know it's something somewhere on my end.
