Incorrect username/links parsing in

Hi, after one of updates to Slack API parsing behaviour changed.

After change text entered in payload is prepended to attachement instead of displayed next to message's nickname.

This change is non breaking, but with this link_names:1 is NOT WORKING as expected.

<(.*?)> sequences are not parsed in slack web client.

Same apply to links inserted into <>.

Could you please fix this and make this work as expected?
