hi..... any body can help me?????
i'm a student university (master program for medical physics) from
University of Indonesia (UI)... my thesis about monte carlo program
and the input for that program come from CT data file
i have problem with my thesis about to run ctcreate from dicom file
(CT data). my CT data have extension (CT.
1.2.840.113619.2.22.288.1.875.2.1.20120303) type file: 192650 file. i
ran with the command prompt : i write ctcreate and i choose dicom and
i write where the data CT file i save (C/hen_house/omega/progs/
ctcreat/CT/CT.1.2.840.113619.2.22.288.1.875.2.1.20120303) in that
program but i got massage " DICOM data is little endian....... Machine
is Little endian.... bytes will not be swapped.......... and failed to
open in ReadCT_DICOM.
i use windows XP to run my program.
i have used jdicom program to help my problem with changing to
save.filemetainfo from true to false..
but after i ran again in command prompt i always get the same
massage....
could you help me please????

hi,the ct create code run with unix /linux OS. Open terminal shel and enter the following command:cd /full path of your dicom file/ and then enter ls > slice finally type ctcreate and enter the slice for full path of your dicom file. best regards
