How to Learn BEAMnrc in shortest Possible time

Hello Fellows this mail is of very general nature, i intend to use the
BEAMnrc code in near future in my PhD studies about to start by the
end of this year, for this purpose i have downloaded the necessary
manuals and some papers. can any body suggest me some good tutorials
that are available and can interactively guide me through at least 2-3
simulations. i mean is there some good stuff available in this
regards.
