Help ME, plz!

hi!
can anybody say me how i can log in into some internet provider site with anonymous account and then check out how many userz ARE subscribed to that INTERNET provider...
'cause , now one research organization asked me to do it... well, what i figured out till now , sometimez i can get access to db file as i understand with namez of userz , but i can not understand how i can work out with it... ;(
i will very appreciate if ya tell me idea how i can do it...
