mail.slac.stanford.edu now points to new mailserver.

Some people may still be using this very old alias (MAIL).
I have changed the domain name server to point
mail.slac.stanford.edu at a new mailserver. This mailserver
only accepts connections from on-site.

smtpserv.slac.stanford.edu is the correct server for
sending mail from your IMAP and/or POP clients.
