Major Differences from SL 7.6

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

sl-release is updated to use the 7.7 repos.

Upstream now includes python3 with EL7. This is bundled with the SL7.7 release

sl-logos increased version number to resolve a dependency issue.

KNOWN ISSUES

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

There may be some complications with EPEL updates as the EPEL python36
package is removed.
