After LL reorganized the support basic-residents are no longer able to submit tickets tickling wrong set preferences or other problems on Linden-Owned-Land/water.
So i did a opened a jira-ticket on this problem.
Please consider to watch (vote is useless, due LL started official to ignore votes) it to express interest, improve it or promote the WEB-3847 on other ways.
