[INFO]Forum relocation

Effective immediately, the SkyWay Technical Forum will move from Google Groups to the Skyway Support Community website for the following reasons.

- Increase the release of new features by transferring resources currently used for support to development.

- Make it easier to share information and have discussions with other developers.

- Integrate the separated FAQ and forum, making it easier to search.

- Enrich how-to articles and the FAQ so that developers can find information and solutions.

- Organize complex information (maintenance info, discussions, etc) and make it easier to find.

With the relocation of the forum, we have a few requests for developers.

- Please use the new community site for any new questions or discussions.

    - We will leave old posts on the Google Groups page but new posts will be disabled.

- Enable maintenance and failure notifications

- Please cooperate in supporting and sharing information with other developers in the community.

SkyWay team will continue to develop as a platform that can be easily used, with the mission of spreading WebRTC and supporting innovation with developers. We also plan to offer a paid technical support plan in the future.
