Hi,

The layers in the GDS only have numbers and no names. (GDS limitation). Is there a legend of what layer is what ?

My current guesses : (emphasis on guesses)

64/5    xxx label
64/16   pmos bulk connection ?
64/20   nwell
64/59   xxx label2
65/20   diffusion (shouldn't there be a different one for P/N ?)
66/20   polysilicon gate
66/44   licon
67/5    lipads labels
67/16   lipads
67/20   li
67/44   mcon
68/5    metal1 label
68/16   ?
68/20   metal1
78/44   pmos zone outline ?
81/4    cell outline 1 ?
83/44   drc notes ?
93/44   nmos zone outline ?
94/20   ?
95/20   ?
122/16  nmos bulk connection ?
236/0   cell outline 2 ?

Cheers,

   Sylvain

Hello Sylvain,
I can prepare a GDS layer map document. The document here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/176OcP2h_TT_pDP2-zBLijlgFUP38LVgMQPlDtpLcrsk/edit?ts=5eff8387#

has information about layer mapping between SkyWater GDS and Magic
(tech file pending publication). I can add a page with all of the
SkyWater GDS layer:purpose pairs and descriptions.

Regards,
Tim
