I have created a symbol, and when I select it, the bounding box of the symbol is much larger than it should be. This is because the bounding box includes an unwanted object located at some distance from the symbol. I do not know how to remove the unwanted object. If I edit the symbol, I cannot delete the unwanted object without deleting the symbol also. Does anyone have any advice about this problem? Grateful for any help. I would like to post a screenshot, but I cannot see a link on this page.
There's no telling how you have it put together.... you should know what went into it unless this is someone else's creation. Try using the Break Apart option after you select the contents of the symbol while editing it - maybe a couple times. Maybe that will allow removal of just the unwanted element.

Reopen After Effects, and the Content Aware Fill panel places your reference frame on a layer below your original shot. This layer updates with your saved paint job from Photoshop, and fills the object mask for that frame only with your Photoshop Reference Frame.

to build a repo that only has history relating to that dir/name. Before I do the filter, I clone the original repo (which is very much bigger) into a tmp dir. After the filter-branch, the repo looks just how I want it, with one exception: It seems to still contain all the objects from the original repo even though they're not shown in "git log."
It's clear to me that I don't know why they're still there or what it means to remove them, but I'd sure like to. A bit of possibly related information working against me is that I had done a git repack -a on my source repo a while back and it seems to copy that packfile over to the new repo. Seems like I should still be able to do what I want though.

Given you are now starting to make changes with the introduction of lighting and tone, could you also introduce a removal tool for unwanted objects? Currently I use cleanup.pictures but it would be beneficial to be able to achieve this in Photo AI.

Second, locate a part of your image that you want to use as a patch. This should be an area that will meld with the surrounding colors and patterns directly around the unwanted objects.
