После передачи частота слетает и уходит аж за границы транспондера.

After transmission, the frequency flies off and goes all the way beyond the boundaries of the transponder.

Hmm... I have never seen this before. Can you sent me the log from the Logs subfolder of the User Data folder? Be sure to enable debug logging in the CAT settings before creating the log. Also, provide info about the radio and CAT settings you use. Is it SkyCat or HamLib?

Please enable the Ignore Dial Knob option in CAT Settings, and see if the frequency jumps stop.
