I have created a file with the correct path as you indicated, but it does not work for me.

 E:\downloads\skycat\skycatd.exe -m FT-991A -s 38400 -t 4532 -vvv

Start : E:\downloads\skycat

"Path to skycat" -m 1035 -r "Your FT991A Comport" -s "Your FT991A Com Port Speed" -vvv -f 

This is my shortcut 

E:\SkyCat\skycatd.exe -m 1035 -r COM9 -s 38400 -vvv -f

The error message, "Serial port name is required", means that you did not include one of the required parameters, the name of your serial port. Please include it and try again. Example: -r COM2. Use Device Manager in Windows to find out your actual COM port number.
