This is really a nice piece of software that is going to beat the socks off the old dinosourus software floating around.

I have one major problem with the IC-9700. If the mode is changed on the software screen it does not transfer to the IC-9700. Example change from USB to FM the IC-9700 remains on USB. It does seem to be a known issue but I have not seen any fix mentioned yet, unless I missed it.

While the software is controlling the IC-9700 it is impossible to access most menus or buttons on IC-9700 to change things, example to turn on or off CTCSS tone transmission. It would be nice to have a tick box for the transceiver on the software screen to enable or disable CAT control. The rotator has this check box which is handy to suspend tracking or re-enable it.

I really love this software so far and it is going to rock for sure.

Hi,

I downloaded SkyRoof yesterday and got it up and running including CAT control quite fast.

Problem is, I've got the same problem as you describe. The mode doesn't get set accordingly to the selected transponder.

Any solution yet? I'm using hamlib 4.5.5 as suggested.
