Skyroof stuck in transmit.

Hi. Using an Icom IC-9100 when I hit the transmit button in skyroof (via rigctld) the radio goes into transmit mode, but pressing the stop transmitting button doesn't stop the radio from transmit. I need to turn the radio off to stop transmitting and rebooting the software to get it to work again.

I had some progress today which I put down to upgrading from 1.20 to 1.23. When I click start transmitting it will allow me to stop transmitting after a second. I thought it was fixed! However if I try and do a CQ which takes several seconds, the software gets stuck in transmit mode again. Very frustrating.

I have ensured the 9100 is at the latest firmware release, I have also upgraded to v4.6.5 of hamlib in case that is the issue. Nothing seems to be working.
