Hello,
When I find a satellite with a downlink drift like the one below:
What should I do? Set "Deviation, Hz" in "Signal Details" to +4000 Hz or -4000 Hz? Or it's something else?

Downlink drift is not a modulation parameter, it is an RF frequency error. It means that the signal will appear on the waterfall 4 kHz below its label. You can correct this using the downlink manual correction box.
