• added SSTV image denoising function
• fixed the frequency tuning error

This version of SkyRoof has a new SSTV image denoising engine (right-click on the decoded image and click on  Denoise). This command opens a dialog that allows you play with the parameters of the Wiener filter or disable it and see the unfiltered image. It also includes a new filter, more efficient than Wiener, called Non-Local Means.
