This version adds to SkyRoof an SSTV decoder built using the latest DSP and statistical algorithms. In my tests it preformed better than the existing 3-rd party SSTV decoders, but be sure to try it yourself. To start receiving SSTV, just select the satellite and its SSTV transmitter, and open the Telemetry panel. More detail is in the instructions.

The SAKHACUBE-CHOLBON (a.k.a. RS18S) is currently transmitting SSTV. Don't miss this event, the next one may be in a few months. One of its images, decoded in SkyRoof, is shown in the attached screenshot. RXSSTV window is also shown for comparison.

---

v.1.39 also includes multiple improvements in the telemetry decoding algorithms. To get best decoding,  download the latest satellite data using the menu command.

Lots of fun with the telemetry decoder. Unfortunately RS18 event seems to be QRT at Sunday 25:59Z.

Impressive! The decoder is very efficient and straightforward. I still waiting an AFSK sat to test again. Can I search inside some local .json database looking for "afsk" to make a list => then create a temporary sat group?

You can open Satellites.json is a text editor, such as Notepad++, and search for 'AFSK'. Use the JsonTools plugin in Notepad++ to format the json file for easy reading.

I'll do that. I searched using a regular editor (Open Office Writer) but of course things looks very confused.
