1.17beta Rotator Control

I'm able to get Skyroof to track any ham satellite up to AOS, but after AOS, it stops tracking.  Here is my rotctld command line (I use a Yaesu GS-232B controller):

rotctld -m 611 -r COM21 -s 9600

Has anyone else seen this? Surprising that it would track the satellite up to AOS then stop moving the rotator.
