Thanks for your response. I did try using Windows dictation to dictate into Adobe Acrobat. This did not work also. I will reach out to Nuance. In the meantime, I downloaded the free Foxit reader. Nuance is working well with this product. Arvind
Even if they state that they are compatible to work with your devies, this might not be exactly what you are looking for, "In a way" this is what I had to do to get the badge readers to work on my devices.

The problem is that this reader model is as approved in the Xerox card reader documentation, so I understand it has already been tested by someone.
I am using the Omnikey 5427 CK card reader, but it does not take any action on the MFP, I tested it on several models, WC7970, WV3655, Versalink C405, Altalink C8055, the devices recognize the reader, but when it comes near the badge it does not make any webservice calls , the reader is configured as KeyboradWedge, and when connected to the desktop identifies the hexadecimal of the badge.
I tested with Ysoft Safeq6, Papercut, and Nddprint and same behavior at all, with TWN4 reader is ok.
