Hi All,
New screenshots, I guess maybe this can show that I haven't slacked around for the past few months?

It'll hopefully be released in the coming few months. Still writing the paper on it, and working with biologists from UNSW for this visualization.
FYI it has groups, and there's around 9000 nodes in total. Runs at around 30fps with a decent graphics card ($200 graphics cards), and a quad core machine, at 1000x1500 resolution or something like that.
