How do you set multiple chat monitors?

Hi, new user here.

I use SkypeTalking in conjunction with the NVDA screen-reader. I have the latest version of Skype. I'm loving the program so far, but have noticed that, although the user manual says it is possible to monitor ten chats, I can only monitor the one I'm currently on in the Skype window and can't set more than one chat monitor by pressing alt+ctrl+shift+f2 or similar. All I get is an announcement saying "There is no chat monitor at this position, the first is at position one."

I also discovered that SkypeTalking doesn't monitor group chats the other day when I was talking to a couple of friends. It refused to acknowledge any messages had been sent even though I was on the chat at the time and knew they had been, and all the chat-monitor keys said "No active chats".

Is there a way to fix these problems? If not, you might want to look into this issue. I'd really appreciate it if you did because I really love this app and want to get the most out of it! :)

Do you have accessibility turned on in skype itself?

 

If not, go into your options under the tools menu, then arrow down to accessibility and tab to the checkbox that says turn on accessibility or something like that and then tab to save and press enter.
