require thor/group for skylinecms init

I was getting an uninitialized constant Thor::Group error when running
`skylinecms init` so I put require 'thor/group' into init.rb. It ran
fine after that. I don't know if this was a peculiarity of my setup,
or if this is a change of behavior in newer versions of ruby.

Also, anytime `Skyline.root` (or Rails.root) was used within a `Dir
[ ]`, I had to change it to `Skyline.root.to_s`

Thank you for your feedback, it will help us to add support for 1.9.1
in a future release.

We have not tested skyline on 1.9.1 yet. It's good to know that it
mostly works in 1.9.1 though!
