I can't see any thing on web ui even use seed_data.py

Hi, I had deployed skyline on mac. And then I run the seed_data.py ,but  I can't see any data on the web. Please help.

Here is what webapp show me.

I tried to change settings,such like FULL_DURATION=10,but don't work too.
