Preview Function and Advanced Rubric Question Type

I am trying to proof a survey that uses the Advanced Rubric question
type. This is a nice question type because it allows the performance
criteria section of the item to be hidden/expanded, making the display
of the survey more compact.

However, the display is hidden in preview and print modes and I am not
successful in clicking "more" to expand the text for review.

To compound my problem, when I'm in Preview and click the dropdown to
expand the advanced rubric, then all of the survey items vanish and i
see only page titles. I don't see any way to reverse this but going
back to the Question editor and previewing again.

In Preview mode, it would be better if the default display was
expanded, where in delivery mode I agree the preferable mode is
collapsed.

I tried to work around this problem by going into the question editor
and expanding the question. While it looks like "More" can be clicked,
doing so does not change the display.

Finally, I tried to "Edit Element" and then print that screen. The
element is displayed in a scrolling part of the web page and printing
shows me the top portion. Even when I scroll the window to show the
part I want, when I print, I get the top of this scrolling panel.

So, it appears I need to do an onscreen review in the editor against
the printed original.
