Respondent Pool Backup?

Hi there,
One of our users accidentally deleted one of her Respondent Pools
containing survey data (from Fall 2010). Is it possible to get the
pool, with the data, back in her survey?

Hi Monica
I am very sorry it is not possible to recover this from this far back or from an individual pool. If the whole survey was deleted we might be able to recover but not from a single pool. Also the backups of the whole system only go about 30 days.
