Hey Folks -

My new boss has shared with me a few surveys in Skylight. But the
idiot that I am, I can't find them, the only survey I see is the one I
created to test out the program. I've read the KB and I can't find
anything related to this that seems like it could be the problem. I'm
new Skylight, but I have quite a bit of experience with other survey
software; so I keep thinking that I might be making some fundamental
assumption that is incorrect in Skylight.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Ben
I do not think we have any place in the KB that addresses your question.  This will be good to add.

To find a shared item the easiest way is to look to the top left of the screen for the drop down selection.  By default this my be set now to "my items".  This would only show items you own.  To see the shared items choose "Items shared to me" from that drop down.  Another useful choice is "all items".  This drop down is above your survey list you see on the first page after you log in to Skylight.

Hey Peg -

I've tried every one of the items in that drop-down and I don't see
anything (except my own) any of them. Is there another reason why I
couldn't see the surveys?

Hi Ben
Then it must not have been shared to you correctly. This could be two
common reasons...
1. You have two accounts, some legacy folks end up this way of they
once had both a FID and internal account. Please check with the other
author as to exactly what ID they shard the survey with.
2. The person who shared the survey did not choose save as the last
step.

If you can contact the original author and have them send me the
survey URL as a reply to this message, then I can check behind the
scenes in the DB to see the current status.
