How are participant responses recorded and delivered with a single
public URL. Do I need to create a respondent pool?

Hello

Every survey must have at least one respondent pool.  When you create a single public URL respondent pool, the system generates the URL for the survey.  You can also have multiple single public URL respondent pools or multiple pools of different delivery types in the same survey.

Once you have the survey URL, with the single public URL you must post or deliver the message outside fo the skylight system such as a link in a LMS system or email from your own email client.
