Sorting numbers as spelled

Morning All!

Hopefully this is a really easy solution and I'm just confusing myself, but I couldn't find it in previous conversations or in the Users Guide. 

I'm using Sky 8.0. House indexing guide for this publisher states that numbers should be sorted as spelled. It's a military history, so there are a LOT of unit numbers (Arabic) that are currently leading their own section. Though I generally prefer this for military histories, it isn't my call. So...how do I get Sky to sort all of the Arabic numbers as spelled? Is there a simple way? Do I have to do something clever with hidden text? Or something else entirely? Any help is appreciated!

I don't know if there is an easier way, but I use hidden text in those situations. Usually I only have to use it on the first word, so if you have 43rd, 45th, and 48^th you could use hidden text (ctrl+t) and have:

forty43rd

forty45th

forty48th
