change to last word

I notice that in Version 7 the last letter, or last few letters, of the last word I type into the Main field of a new entry changes to "l". Is there a setting that could cause this?

John, did you ever figure out what was causing that bizarre behavior in SKY 7? I've never encountered anything like that. Maybe the file was corrupted.

No. It happens repeatedly so I don't think it is corruption. I suspect a hidden setting, which made me wonder if anyone else has noticed it.

I was constantly having Sky 7 crash. On words starting with certain letters, on groupings. I switched to Sky 8 and it pretty much stopped!
