help with template

Hi everyone,

Well the time has come... since my Sky is "corrupted" and there's not
been anything I can do to fix it (including removing and reinstalling) I
can't change any of the index presets. This includes formatting and
locators.

Can someone take a template I have (it's actually not a template, it's a
file I label template) and change the locators to full (so 145-146 not
145-6) and alphabetizing to  letter by letter?

I would greatly appreciate it!
