retrieving final index

Hello fellow SKY users,

I am using SKY7.

I had my final index ready, and not at the very last minute, for a
change. When I saved it, I forgot to send it to my regular documents
file. I think it went to the Sky Index documents (???) All I can find
anywhere is my last backup from last night, which would be good enough.
I am unable to retrieve. When I ask for a "restore" it tells me I need
to find at Sk or Sk7 document, and all mine are followed by "backup."

Suggestions? Warning -- I am a tech idiot.
