name flipping

HI all,
Haven't reinstalled Magarget's Macros yet and using Sky's CTRL+ALT+I to
flip names but I'm having an unusual and frustrating thing happen. After
flipping, sky 8 is moving the names - alphabetizing them. This of course
means that after such an entry, I have to physically move down to an
empty square to do another entry. This can't continue. Anyone know
what's going on? The flipping never did this before...

You don't have to do them one by one -- you can select a whole bunch of them and ctrl+alt+I will work on all of them. This works for most SKY commands. Makes me feel powerful when I do that. :-)

I just discovered that's the problem. I'm not sure how it got to alphabetized order but now I know what to look out for!

I keep the index in entry order as I’m inputting because of this issue with flipping. And I usually don’t have success applying commands to a group. Do you know something that I don’t??
(Away from the computer and trying to deal with a kitchen disaster.)
