Core commands on new keyboard

Hi, everyone.

SKY's core commands are not working on a new keyboard I just got. I'm using SKY 8.0.

Any idea on how to get them working?

Ugh! It looks like I have to hold down the Fn key while doing Shift + F6, for example.

Any way to not have to hold down the Fn key while using the core commands?

I figured it out: doing fn + esc allows alternate commands.

Well, I just learned something about my keyboard that has been driving me nuts.  The funny thing is that it says it right on the function key (in fine print).
