I'm requesting some help indexing an academic book this weekend. I am about halfway through but have to go out of town next week and need to get as much done over the weekend as possible. Looking for an indexer experienced with academic books, uses SKY, is willing to sign an NDA, and can start immediately; $5/page. If that's you, please contact me offlist ASAP.
