In SKY 8 I want to use sub1 as indented and sub2 as run-on, which works fine when there is an entry for sub1. However, if I omit sub1 (and hide it using ctrl-T) I get a blank line which I don't want. In SYK6 the blank line does not appear. Can I get to SKY8 to ignore it?

This effect is the same in SKY 7 which I'm using. I think SKY reacts
exactly how it should. Isn't hiding Sub1 the problem itself in the first
place? I wonder in which scenario you would want to hide Sub1? Could you
provide an example entry?
