Website unintentionally blocked with robots "noindex"

hello,

i  unintentionally blocked a website with robots "noindex"  from google index.
now i removed robots="noindex.
how long does nit need, until website get back into google index again, already 1 week waiting.
is there something what i can do, that websites get back faster into google index?
