Skycap Ported

I ported the Skycap project to Go. It's basically just a small Sky proxy that only allows "add event" calls through. That way you can have Skycap publicly facing to collect events without exposing the administrative functions of Sky to the outside world.

I still need to add JSONP support so you can push events directly from JavaScript but I think this is a good start.
