Sky v0.3.0 Released

hey everybody-

I just tagged everything and pushed out a v0.3.0 release (http://skydb.io/blog/sky-v0-3-0.html)!

I replaced the documentation on the web site with a single page guide (http://skydb.io/guide) similar to how ZeroMQ does it. I moved all the API related documentation to the README files on the projects themselves.
