How to contribute

Hi All,

Is there a wiki/ website where new contributors can learn how to contribute to this project. Maybe some newbie tasks like documentation, tutorials, blog posts, small code contributions etc..

I and few other employees at my company wanted to learn new skills via contribution to active projects. would appreciate any help in this direction.
