Textron reported a profit of $118 million for the first quarter, compared with $29 million in the same quarter in 2011. "The demand environment for our commercial aircraft and industrial products continued to improve, which reinforces our confidence in our outlook for the year," said CEO Scott Donnelly. Cessna could acquire assets from Hawker Beechcraft:
