Another SVN update #71 fixed

Ticket #71 has been fixed and committed to SVN.

- Reference #71 - SVNKit libs are now loaded using the javaloader
plugin and are no longer required to be in the WEB-INF/lib dir

This will make the app a little easier to setup as there is one less
dependancy to worry about.
