Important: Changes to Branch Naming in the Skupper Repository

Hi, 

In order to align with the Skupper V2 updates, we have made some changes to the branch naming structure in the upstream repository. These changes ensure consistency and better reflect the current state of development:

- The main branch has been renamed to v1 to represent Skupper V1.
- The v2 branch has been renamed to main to represent Skupper V2 as the primary branch moving forward.

If you have forked the repository or are working with a local clone, you will need to update your local repositories to reflect these changes.
