skulpt_matplotlib license

Hello!

I would like to use https://github.com/ebertmi/skulpt_matplotlib for some projects, but I have no idea what license the repo is published under.

Does anyone a) know the license, b) have a way to reach ebertmi or c) know of a good alternative (preferably with matplotlib syntax)?
