Skud rules for Kiel

Can anyone clarify whether the 'one female' rule will stand for the Para Worlds in Kiel?

There is nothing about it in the Class Rules or NOR for Kiel. 

In the past it has been an IFDS/PWS/IPC issue. Not clear where we stand now.

I just got an answer to my own question...

Hi Jackie, 

There's no mention because there no more obligation to have a mixed crew, now it's open gender and functional classification needed is at least Minimum Disability.
