Folks,

As you may have seen if you follow the commit emails. I've tagged and
released SKUA 0.4. We're close to when we agreed the iteration would
end, with I think the functionality we agreed for this iteration.
Also, I'm going to be talking about SKUA to the apps session at the
Strasbourg Interop tomorrow.

Persistence seems secure. I've also been doing work to add
authentication and authorization on a branch of the Quaestor source
code, and have aspirations to do more with that this week, before
talking about SKUA (and incidentally Quaestor) at SFSW next week.
When that's finished, it'll migrate easily into QSAC functionality.
