Iteration 3 releases

Greetings, folks.

I've made the iteration 3 releases available at the project's Google
code download page; see <http://code.google.com/p/skua/>. These are
tagged <https://skua.googlecode.com/svn/tags/iteration-20080806> in
the repository.

There's also a SAC service running at <http://apps.myskua.org/qsac-20080806/
>. Documentation is available both there, and linked from the
