Hello Omid,

the problem is that you are using PHP 7.4, but Skosmos 2.18 no longer
supports this version (the cause of this change is that we had to
upgrade the EasyRdf library to fix important bugs, and it dropped
support for PHP 7.x in recent releases).

This is mentioned on the Upgrading page:
https://github.com/NatLibFi/Skosmos/wiki/Upgrading#from-skosmos-217-to-218

So you will need to upgrade to either PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1 before you can
install Skosmos 2.18.
