Apologies for the spam

Hi all,

apologies for the spam messages that were posted through skosmos-users
today. It was a newly registered user who sent several spammy messages;
some of them were caught by the Google Groups spam filter but others got
through.

The user has been banned and the moderation settings of the group have
been tightened so that new users aren't immediately allowed to post to
the group. The spam messages have also been deleted from the web forum.

I hope this solves the problem; the downside of this is that posts from
legitimate new users have to be approved by moderators, which will take
some time and effort. We managed to do without strict moderation for
quite a long time.
