Feedback wit URI

are there any existing solutions to include feedback mechanisms to specific terms with their URIs in the system?

Hi,

You can have a feedback form as a Skosmos-plugin for the concept pages of a vocabulary, if the generic feedback form in the landing page is not enough.

The specification for plugins can be found here, including example plugins - https://github.com/NatLibFi/Skosmos/wiki/Plugins
You would get the specific term from javascript variables, like 'prefLabels[0]['label']' and 'uri'.

If anybody has a simple feedback form made for Skosmos, it would be nice to hear about it!
We have a concept-specific feedback form at the National Library of Finland, but it's pretty convoluted and submits feedback as GitHub issues in a separate repository. It would be a bit of an overkill for most needs.
